Research shows that spiritual leaders experience a high level of stress, burnout, and fatigue because congregants and the community turn to them first during marriage or family crises.

The divorce rate continues to rapidly climb in the African American community, a lack of resources for AA marriages to help heal, and women facing the “Black Superwoman Syndrome” are issues many family-focused organizations are trying to support.

CORPORATIONS

High turnover, attendance issues, inability to focus and low production are several issues corporations must deal with when employees and management have family and relationship issues.
